[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]GINA CAS is a romanian fashion designer who invites people to be different and courageous in choosing their garments. The brand she officially brought to life in 2014 is the expression of their vision about art, as it develops an original and unique concept of creating clothes.
As a young, creative artist, Gina started out many years ago, moving out from a small town to Bucharest, in order to study fine arts. She graduated Nicolae Tonitza art high-school, then she studied fashion in decorative arts department at Bucharest National Art University and finished a master degree with the same specialization.
She always knew she would become a fashion designer, so she stayed focused and worked hard in order to achieve what she wanted. By the time she followed up the master degree courses, 3 years ago, she successfully opened up her showroom and design studio in Bucharest at the age of 22 and started releasing collection after collection, by improving her style and technique, changing the direction, but still keeping the same personal touch she began with.
Gina Cas is known as a nonconformist artist, a visionary, a person who tested her limits and experimented with her personal style, from haircuts, hair colors, makeup and clothes, but also as a model for her own collections, as the clothing brand she managed to pull out was the expression of her own vision and style. The clothes she creates speak for itself. They are outrageous, bold, conceptual, original and out of order, keeping a geometrical line, minimalist, powerful, dark, clean and playful at the same time, using volumetrical shapes, non-colors, eclectic sens of combining and unique style of creation. Starting out with stage and performance outfits, she defined her approach and become to create more wearable, street clothes, but different at the same time.
With this collection, <<22>>, the designer introduces us to a dual world, of both spectacular and basic items, for both women and men, with both plain colors and bold colors, soft and rough, thick and sheer, smooth and textured, matte and shiny fabrics. An antagonic way to express that we are changing, everything changes around us, every day, every minute, so do the clothes, and we are here to celebrate the differences between us, accept and use them in an eclectic way to fulfill our life and style.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_gallery type=”image_grid” images=”2990,2991,2992,2993,2994,2995,2996,2997″ img_size=”200″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
